Wachovia Bank is the Official Banking Partner of The University of Florida. Wachovia Bank offers special programs to UF Students including Free Student Checking accounts and Free Premium Savings* accounts.
Wachovia makes campus life easier by enabling you to use your Gator 1 Card as your ATM card. It's free to set up, it's safer than carrying cash, and it's easy. Only with Wachovia can you link your checking or savings account to your Gator 1 Card to access cash at ATMs. All you need to do is open a Wachovia Free Student Checking and/or Free Premium Savings* account and link it to your Gator 1 Card to use it to access cash.
Wachovia representatives are available at Gator 1 Central during Preview to answer questions, open accounts and link cards. After preview you can visit or call our on-campus financial center in the Reitz Student Union at 352-335-1378.
*Must open a Free Student Checking account in order to receive the Free Premium Savings account.
